Maximize Your Runtime

Using a standard lead-acid charger on a Lithium battery results in a partial charge (typically only 80%). The Dakota Lithium 12V 3A Charger is engineered with the specific 14.4V algorithm required to fill a LiFePO4 battery to 100% capacity, ensuring you get every amp-hour you paid for.

Fast & Safe:

Rated at 3 Amps, this charger is significantly faster than the 1A wall bricks often included with electronics. It safely charges a standard 10Ah ice fishing battery in roughly 3 hours, getting you back on the water sooner.

📦 Product Specs:

  • Output Voltage: 14.4 Volts (Specific for LiFePO4)
  • Amperage: 3 Amps (Fast Charge)
  • Input: 100-240V AC
  • Connectors: Alligator Clips (Universal fit for F2 or Ring Terminals)
  • Indicator: LED (Red = Charging / Green = Full)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this on my old lead-acid battery?

No. This charger outputs 14.4 Volts, which is the "Sweet spot" for Lithium, but it is too high for standard Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) or AGM batteries. Using this on a lead battery can cause overheating and permanent damage.

How long will it take to charge my 10Ah battery?

A 10Ah battery (common for Helix 7 or Marcum units) will take approximately 3 to 3.5 hours to charge from completely dead to 100% full. This is much faster than standard 1A chargers which take overnight.

What do the lights mean?

The brick has a simple LED status light. Red means the charger is actively pushing current into the battery. Green means the battery has reached peak voltage (14.4V) and the charger has stopped pushing current. It is safe to disconnect.
