Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit my HDS Live 9?

No. The HDS Live series uses the newer Black 9-Pin (xSonic) connector. The MKR-US2-10 has the older Blue 7-Pin plug. For an HDS Live, you need the MKR-US2-16 adapter instead.

Do I get SideScan with this cable?

No. The Universal Sonar 2 (US2) transducer inside the trolling motor is a 2D Sonar only transducer (83/200 kHz). It physically cannot produce SideScan or DownScan images. This adapter simply displays the motor's standard 2D sonar on your screen.

Does it provide water temperature?

Yes. The built-in US2 system features an integrated temperature sensor. This adapter carries both the sonar and temperature data to your Lowrance unit.
